Frquently Asked Questions:
What is the shelf life of Adegacha coffee?
Our coffee, whether whole bean or ground, has a shelf life of 1 year if stored properly. To enjoy the best flavors, we recommend consuming it within 2-3 weeks of opening and keeping it in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture.
How should I brew Adegacha coffee for the best experience?
The best brewing method depends on your personal taste and equipment! Our coffees are versatile and work well with drip coffee makers, pour-over systems, French presses, and espresso machines. For the freshest flavor, grind your beans just before brewing.
We suggest a 1:15 coffee to water ratio with the following grind:
- Coarse- French Press
- Medium- Pour Over
- Fine- Expresso
If you're using our coffee with an espresso machine, please refer to your machine's user guide for the best amount of grams of coffee to fit your portafilter.
We include tasting notes with each coffee to guide your brewing adventure.
What does "specialty coffee" mean?

It’s grown in ideal climates, carefully processed, and roasted to highlight its unique characteristics.
